Recreation  is abundant, as this townhouse is located in the Schuss Mountain village of Shanty Creek, a major resort in the heart of Michigan's snowbelt. In addition to the skiing, golfing, pools, restaurants and trails on the resort, this townhouse is also close to a chain of lakes.

Location  The townhouse is five miles from lovely Bellaire, and also close to Mancelona. Nearby towns also include Grayling, Traverse City and Charlevoix. It is less than four hours from the Detroit area. Click here for directions  from all areas. 

The townhouse has been updated, and is clean and well kept. It has electric heat and window air conditioners that cool the entire place.

The townhouse can be separated into two separate units by an indoor staircase and door. Both units together total 1400 square feet with 3 bedrooms, a very small loft, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room with wood burning stove. There is also a beautiful deck overlooking the trails and the golf course.
